Breighton Airfield was a Second World War heavy bomber base and cold-war nuclear missile launch site but is now home to a wonderful collection of classic and historic aircraft. The Real Aeroplane Charitable Organisation now operates the airfield, hosting numerous events throughout the year.

Join the Club!
Joining the Real Aeroplane Club is a fabulous way to support the activities at Breighton Airfield. There are currently two tiers of membership: FULL FLYING which is intended solely for those who base their aircraft at Breighton; and SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP which is intended for pilots or aircraft owners not based at Breighton, Students of the flying school, and non-flying enthusiasts/supporters who regularly use the facilities and wish to take part in club affairs/events. This category entitles the member and their family (living in the same house) to year round airfield admission.
